No purchase necessary. One valid entry per person. To enter, a person must go to www.bnd.com/lipstikshow, enter their
information and click Register.
You must be 13 years of age or older at time of entry to be eligible for preregistration
and free admission. You must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry to be
eligible to win prizes. The
promotion and drawings are void where prohibited by law. Admission is free for anyone under 13
years of age. Preregistration begins
July 1, 2013 at 12:00 a.m. CDT and ends July 14, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. CDT.
Prize winners’ names will be posted at each corresponding
vendor booth. To claim a
prize, winners must attend the Lipstik Women’s Show on July 20, 2013 at the
Gateway Center, 1 Gateway Dr., Collinsville, IL 62234 and check each booth to claim prize. Show hours are 10:00 a.m. CDT to 4:00
p.m. CDT. Winners will not be
contacted directly for prize notification. If a prize winner does not claim prize at the corresponding
vendor booth at the show, that prize will not be awarded.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible
entries received.
Automated entries of any kind are not allowed. Detection of said automated entries
will lead to entries being voided.
Only one registered account per entrant. If multiple accounts are detected for
a single entrant, they will be disabled and the entry disqualified.
Belleville News Democrat reserves the right to substitute any prize with
another prize of equal or greater value.
Belleville News Democrat reserves the right to restrict the local winners to
only persons whose primary residence is within a 60 mile radius of the
affiliate's office.
Employees of Belleville News Democrat, its respective parent, affiliates,
subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and the immediate
family members of each are not eligible.
Entrants for prize drawings agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules
and by the decisions of the show commissioners, which are final on all matters
pertaining to the drawings.
Entrants further grant to Belleville News Democrat the right to use and publish
their proper name, city and state online and in print, or any other media, in
connection with this promotion.
Belleville News Democrat reserves the right to use any and all information
related to this promotion, including information on entrants obtained through
the promotion, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited
by law. Entrant information
will be shared with all show vendors.

Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release all Sponsors, and

from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries,
damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection
with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.
UPICKEM and Belleville News Democrat are not responsible for Internet crashes
or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite
failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of
man or God.
Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and will be
required to complete an IRS form W-9. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold
prizes until completed form W-9 is received.
This promotion is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that an entrant
is using the promotion for gambling purposes they will be disqualified and
reported to authorities.
